"very pleased with the parts, they will work well in their intended job. Communication was spot on, and friendly. Quality of the work is actually really nice, and the accuracy is better than spec, really accurate work, but I have to lose 'one star' on this occasion as you put a chamfer on the two larger circular edges which were not on the drawing, only intended those on the two smaller circular edges, as per the STEP file drawing. As it happens, this will not matter this time, and I am sure you realised this and were just making the parts tidier. However, for your own feedback, probably ought to have asked me before doing so. But I shall definitely use CRJ Precision Engineering again, I am extremely pleased. Thank you. Please don't take offence from the feedback, I truly am very pleased indeed."
