Flex pad for Mountain Bike, Stainless steel 316L was my idea, but open to other steels more adapted for springs (low-alloy manganese, medium-carbon steel or high-carbon steel with a very high yield strength, ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spring_steel).
Constant thickness of pad required, but could be 0,8 to 1mm thick.
2 big Holes in the center are not important, could be smaller, or nor drilled at all.
Delivery to Germany.
