Material: Aluminium must be 6000 series (6061T6, 6063T6, 6082T6 etc.) specific grade is not critical.
Quantity: 100
Surface Finish: 6.3Ra is approximate, simply looking for a smooth turned finish
All tolerances unless otherwise stated on the drawing are +- 0.1mm
End holes need to be threaded to 14mm depth however they can be drilled deeper if needed for tap clearance.
