I need 4 aluminium spacers made in a weldable material as basses may be welded in future, something like 6061 but i am open to advice.
Spacers are 50mm total length with a center bore hole of 40mm, square 6mm thick flange at each end 60mm square with 5mm holes at 46mm, corners cleaned up with a radius of approx 10mm. O ring at one end of ether 46 or 45 x 3.5mm, i will need to confirm.

I have been advised there is missing info so please see below.
50mm total length
60mm square flange at each end
bolt holes 5mm in flange 46mm apart
flanges are 6mm thick
centre between flanges is 38mm long and round 45mm diameter
40mm bore through middle giving 2.5mm wall thickness with the 46mm outside diameter
45x3.5mm o-ing at one end
