Description:Aide
STEP files uploaded but drafting may be provided upon request. Both to be machined from aluminium. Forces on it will be low so STD 6061 or similar will do fine. One of each part should suffice. Tolerances to ± 0.1mm.
Part A is main body and bolts on to rest of assembly, Part B is an adjustable anchor and has mating holes so it may be bolted to Part A and the position adjusted via the bolts.
Part A to have M3 thread tapped into all holes.
Part B to have no thread.
Horizontal holes in Part A and Part B will have to align.
Faces critical to mating of the two parts to have good finish, other faces less important, e.g. if tooling leaves rads in corners, don't bother making square.
