Description:Aide
Tolerance is +/- 0.1mm, however, the cylinders must stack successfully (flat surfaces in full contact).
Stacking is achieved with a centrally located cone (1.5mm diameter, 1.5mm height) on one end of a cylinder, and a similarly located cylindrical hole (1.5mm diameter, 2.0mm depth) in the other end.
The height of a cylinder is 60.0mm (disregarding the cone), or 61.5mm (including the cone).
The diameter of a cylinder is 40.0mm.
The apex of a cone should be sharp.
The circular edges of a cylinder should be rounded off sufficiently to avoid scratching (should feel comfortable when held tightly in the hand).
The finish should be polished.
