Honda XL350 Main bearing spacers

I am restoring a 1975 honda xl350. The Main crankshaft bearings are unobtainable at 80mm OD, 30mm ID and 19mm wide

The only availability for bearings is those with an Od of 72mm , ID of 30 and width of 19mm.

I need 2 sleeves made to surround the bearings in the crankshaft case
OD 80mm ID 72mm width 19mm
With a 7.5 mm hole drilled each sleeve to take the crankcase locating pin

The sleeves then need to be cut into semicircles at 90 degrees to the hole centres

Required are 2 Sleeves in a hard steel.
Od 80mm
Id 76 mm
width 19mm

There is a locating pin hole in the sleeves which is dead centre at 9.5 mm and is 7.5 mm diameter.
