I will send you one new drive sprockets, aprox 80mm OD x 16mm thickness - see picture.
This sprocket is to turned / ground down so the diameter is 50mm across it's full width, then parted in to two pieces, one 9.5mm wide and the other the remaining 5 to 6mm.
This is a Chromoly steel sprocket.
