I will send you 2 x new drive sprockets, aprox 80mm OD x 16mm thickness - see picture.
No' 1 sprocket is to have the overall thickness reduced to 13mm by machining aprox 3mm from the smaller non-toothed face. No chamfering needed.
No' 2 sprocket is to have the teeth machined off to the same diameter as the smaller face, which is aprox 50mm. An aprox 3mm chamfer is needed on the original smaller face.
These are JT SCM420/20CrMo Chromoly steel sprockets so I presume will need grinding.
