A pair of metal top shock mount spacers is required.
I would send a rubber part that has to be copied to the successful bidder.
Material could be aluminium or steel.
Loose tolerances is fine, as loose as 1mm I would say.

It could also be fabricated part, instead of machined, in a similar manner as per sample picture, as long as measurements remain the same
