1 Alignment Jig (64 x 67 x 5mm + [4x 3.8mm dia x 5mm dowel pegs])
1 Heat Shield Base (64 x 67 x 10mm)
To be milled from Aluminium
Can supply PCBA for reference purpose. 3D model of PCBA included.
Purpose: 3 interchangeable/ stack-able heat shields for use with PCBA holding Jig for the removal of components with hot air convection while providing thermal relief to the surrounding circuit board. 1 alignment Jig for replacing components - must align exactly with PCBA components +/- 0.1mm% tol or better.
