3 parts to be machined from standard sized aluminium profiles that will be provided cut to correct lengths.
Part 1 (92114SBHINFDrawing.pdf) requires four corner fillets, two 6.35mm drill holes and four M3 bolt holes to be machined.
Part 2 (57886SBRHSFDrawing.pdf) requires one precision cut, six countersunk 3mm holes drilling, two 0.5mm guide holes drilling and one 5mm hole drilling.
Part 3 (43633SBLHSFDrawing.pdf) requires one precision cut, five countersunk 3mm holes drilling, two 0.5mm guide holes drilling and one 5mm hole drilling.
The precision of this work is of high importance, so please state tolerances in any quotes. 3D design files can be provided upon request in most formats.
