The item is a single piece of brass to be shaped with a center bore.
No finish.
The notch in the center can be a diffferent shape or depth depending on your tools, but the rest needs to be to spec. Possibly can be handmade on a lathe too.
I can submit any type of 3D file or 2D schematics. Please enquire.
