Steel or brass clip

Here is a clip that I would like made from either steel or brass.
The part has been designed to hold two pieces of cork together.
Ideally the part would have little flex and retain it's form over time.

I'm looking for 1500pcs in total.
I would like a sample made in steel and a sample in brass for testing purposes if possible.

Finish should be a satin, bead blasted finish if possible.
