There are two parts. The main part and the base.

The pieces are small and very intricate so very small bits will be needed to make it. I can also change some of the dimensions to suit your tools, if need be.

Standard computer machining tolerances will be fine. But surface tolarances will need to be tight - this piece is for athesetics. Surface grinding preffered. The piece is for athestics so there will be some expectaion for the face to be produced without defects.
Not a requirement, but I would also be interested in any post-processes such as polishing, bead blasting or even electroplating.

Material: Stainless Steel. High hardness and corrosion resistance (for marine applications) is what I am looking for. Recommended: 316, 410 or even 304.

Also, some bits might be unmanufacturable, but I've left them till I get a machinist to adapt it to the cutting bits avaible. Namely there are two:

- The base has a 0.2mm line to be cut which maybe too thin for typical cnc bits

-The inner side of the main piece needs to be cut into which might prove difficult so I'd be happy to change the profile of that particular cut

Could you provide a price for both SS316 and SS316 in your offer. Thank you
