Material : epoxy tooling board or hi density PU board
Extreme dimensions 792mm X 484mm X 31mm
-The two off 6mm holes are purely for turning over the part and locating op2 machining
-The honey-combe feature can have up to 3mm corner rad’s in the bottom’s. does not need to be sharp corners
-No need for hand finishing as I need the top edges of the large pocket kept sharp
